How to quickly and easily change hair and eye color in Photoshop

In This simple step by step guide, I'm going to show you, how to easily change the colour of both, a person's eyes and hair.

It's easy enough so just follow these quick instructions and you'll be done in no time at all!

The first step is to open your photograph in Photoshop and use the magic wand tool to select the person's hair. You can chose whether to use this or the Quick selection tool, I prefer to use a combination of both, just make sure you have all the hair selected.

Once this is done, go to the "layer" tab at the top, then "New Fill Layer" and finally click "Solid Colour"

You can name it what you like, but then just lick okay, and the box in the picture to the right should come up, from here, select the colour that you want to use for the hair and press okay.

From here a new layer should come up above your original layer, if the colour looks too strong then simply select the layer and change the opacity to something lower, just mess around with it until it works!

Now that you've got that sorted, at any time, you can simply double click the little coloured box next to the silhouette, on the layers panel and change the colour to anything else!
It's That easy!

But a lot of the time the hair might not blend in with the skin, but then all you need to do is smudge or blur the edges to make them match the skin.

And you're done with changing the hair colour! :D

Changing a persons eye colour is so easy that I thought giving it it's own page would be a waste, so just do these quick steps to edit a person's eye colour using Photoshop! 

Step one is to open the picture and find the colour you wish to use for the new eyes. 

The final step to changing eye colour is to use the brush tool, but change the opacity to around 30 or 40% first and simply colour in the Iris, you should see the result straight away, and then you're done! 


I also like to change the whites of the eye to be more obvious, so if you wish to do this, do the same as with the iris, but with the whitest white you can find
